Home Depot Overtime Lawsuit - Resource

If you haven't heard, there is a lawsuit by assistant managers of Home Depot that weren't paid overtime.
According to this new website, www.HomeDepotOvertime.com, if you are a current or former Home Depot Assistant Manager you may be entitled to back wages and additional compensation.
The site continues: "Home Depot Assistant Managers are required to work at least 55 hours a week without overtime pay. Home Depot Assistant Managers are not given the discretion to make executive decisions by Home Depot while being forced to perform non-management duties."
