At the recommendation of a long-time friend, Sierra Dahl, we've signed up with this new conference calling company, http://www.costfreeconferencing.com/
The best news: the conference calls are free (people have to pay long distance to reach it). The company makes money on the fraction of the pennies per minute as people call into the number.
We'll be testing it out... but hope this helps!
