New Website for Hepatitis C Legal Help - Big Story in Denver, Colorado
Tuesday, July 7, 2009
As a former Emergency Medical Technician, the news story about a woman who stole IV pain medication from hospitals, and left Hepatitis C-infected needles behind for up to 6,000 patients made me feel angry. It undermines the trust and confidence that patients put into their caregivers and medical staff.
We were asked yesterday to put together a site that allows people to find out their options and how they can get legal representation if they were a patient that underwent surgery at Rose Medical Hospital (from October 21 2008 - April 8, 2008) or Audubon Ambulatory Surgery Center, Colorado Springs (May 4 2008 - July 1 2008).
In less than 24 hours, we put together a basic design, implemented our PageDirector content management system, including a contact form, and had them up and running quickly to serve the community of Denver and Colorado Springs.
